PCB Coaster Snowman & Snowflake

The Snowman is the manifest fulfillment of every dream of a white Christmas. Greeting cards depicting children cavorting around a snowman remind us of our own idealized Christmas past. When we foray out to find those perfect gifts, the snowman will be there to greet you upon your return; more faithful and vigilant than the family dog.

This PCB coaster featured a Snowman on one side and a Snowflake on the other side. The artist brilliantly combines the materials used to fabricate printed circuit boards (PCB) such as copper, immersion gold, soldermask and silkscreen to create art. The Snowman and Snowflake are drawn using white silkscreen traces. Immersion gold is used to highlight the red color from the soldermask.
