Custom Maps

How It Works

1. Tell us the location. Add the map to your cart and enter the place you want captured — your hometown, where you got married, a favorite trip, or anywhere that means something to you.
2. We send you a proof. Before anything goes into production, our team sends a digital proof of your map for you to review. We'll work with you through a limited round of revisions to get the details right.
3. We cut it. Once you approve the proof, your map is cut from real stainless steel using the same precision equipment we use for all of our metal pieces.
4. It ships. Lead time is 3–5 days from proof approval.

Materials & Finish

Each map is cut from stainless steel, built to hold up outdoors or in, with clean edges and lasting detail — not a printed or engraved substitute.

Sizing

Custom maps ship in a standard 5"x7" size. Need something larger or smaller for a specific space? Email support@machineartist.com with your dimensions and we'll quote a custom size.

Returns

Because every map is cut specifically for the location you send us and only goes into production after you've approved a proof, custom maps are final sale and can't be returned or resold to another customer. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match what you approved, contact support@machineartist.com and we'll make it right.
